Step 1: If you play in server 1, please input s1.hithere.com in address bar.
           If you play in server 2, please input s2.hithere.com in address bar.






Step 2:Click the link “Retrieve Password”, then you will see the image like this.





Step 3: Input your ID and submit it, then a link will be sent to you E-mail address




Step 4: With the link, you will find the page which can help you reset password.




Tips: you can only reset your password in this way, so if you didn’t input your correct E-mail address when you first sign up, you cannot change your password any more.

So please register on our official website, which the register page looks like the picture below.

Step 1:Click this link enter change password page: http://reg.hithere.com/passport/getpassword.php

Step2,3 is the same as the Step3,4 of method 1
