During the celebration, gift packs will be issued according to the diamond-spending (T-1) in game of the event days.
There’s no upper limit, the more you buy, the more gift packs will be rewarded.

Spend 300-499 Diamonds, get Pack A *4
Spend 500-999 Diamonds, get Pack A *4 plus Pack B * 1
Spend 1000 Diamonds, then you can get Pack A *4 plus Pack B * 1 plus Pack C * 1
